What is the order proccessing time?

Please give us approximately 24-48 hours to process your order. You will receive an order confirmation that will include your tracking information. For questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking number once the package has shipped.

What is your Return Policy?

What shipping options do you have?

We offer a variety of choices from both USPS and UPS (Please don't forget to include the processing time in your expected time of arrival).

Do you offer specials or promotions for particular groups?

Yes we do offer promotions, special offers or bundles - subscribers are notified of these specials via our newsletter.
Being a small family owned business, we currently do not have any other programs in place for special groups at this time but hope to implement these in the future.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

We try to fill orders and get them shipped as soon as we possibly can so unfortunately, we cannot make changes once an order has been placed.

For Motus Studio items, these are custom and because of the longer lead times, we will order material as soon as an order is received, there is a very small window of time to change an order.

Do you allow order pick-up?

Unfortunately we are currently only set up for online orders but hopefully in the near future will be able to accommodate for local pick-up.
