Shipping policy

Please give us approximately 1-3 business days to process your order.  You will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of shipping options from a couple of different carriers, depending on your location.

Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address.

Expedited Shipping: Costs for expedited shipping are also calculated at checkout. 

Shipping Restrictions:
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. 
  • All free shipping promotions/policies apply ONLY to the Continental United States.
Lost or Stolen Packages (Tracking Confirmed Delivered)
If your tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received it, you must report the missing package to our customer support team within 2 days of the marked delivery date.
Because carriers frequently scan packages prematurely or experience delivery handoff delays, Free Motus requires a mandatory 3 business day waiting period from the timestamp of the delivery notification before a package can be officially declared lost.

During this window, we will initiate a delivery trace with the carrier. If the carrier cannot locate or successfully redeliver the package within this period, Free Motus uses its sole discretion to determine if they will issue a replacement, credit or store credit. Free Motus is not liable for packages stolen from your property after successful carrier delivery.

Risk of Loss and Title
All physical items purchased from Free Motus are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the buyer, upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Free Motus is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, or for packages stolen from your premises after the carrier has marked the package as "delivered."Subsection: Missing Packages Marked "Delivered"
In the event that the tracking information for your order confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, but you claim you have not received the package, the following terms apply:

  1. Immediate Notification: You must notify Free Motus in writing within 2 calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery timestamp.
  2. Mandatory Investigation Window: Because carriers frequently log premature delivery scans, Free Motus enforces a mandatory 3 business day waiting period from the marked delivery time before any package can be legally deemed lost or eligible for remediation. During this window, you agree to cooperate with any carrier-led tracking traces, GPS location checks, or property searches.
  3. Remediation Discretion: If the carrier fails to locate or deliver the package by the conclusion of this mandatory waiting period, Free Motus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either issue a one-time replacement shipment, offer a credit, provide store credit, or deny the claim if there is a pattern of suspicious account history or delivery address risk.
