Please give us approximately 24-48 hours to process your order.

You will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking number once the package has shipped.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to fill out this Return Request Form. You can contact us at info@FreeMotus.com for questions, however you will still need to fill out this form to get the return process started. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5698 W Dannon Way; Suite #2  West Jordan, Utah 84081.

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email (see note below) with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and possible 20% restock fee,  determined by us on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For proof of damage, image of damaged item may be required.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), books and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns on items purchased using a gift card, if approved would be an in store credit only.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer a variety of choices from both USPS and UPS (Please don't forget to include the processing time in your expected time of arrival).

We sometimes have different promotions that temporarily offer FREE SHIPPING however, the FREE SHIPPING only applies to the Continental United States.

Yes we do offer promotions, special offers or bundles - subscribers are notified of these specials via our newsletter.
Being a small family owned business, we currently do not have any other programs in place for special groups at this time but hope to implement these in the future.

We are hoping to implement a discount for military, police and firefighters but have not been able to do that at this point.  We are a small family owned business and are grateful for community members like you and hope to set up a program as soon as we are able.  Subscribing is the best way to find out about any discounts or promotions.

We try to fill orders and get them shipped as soon as we possibly can so unfortunately, we cannot make changes once an order has been placed.

Unfortunately we are currently only set up for online orders but hopefully in the near future will be able to accommodate for local pick-up.
