- IMPORTANT: Do NOT overfill the tracks. Tracks of this version are intended for up to 90 yards (per track) of 3X and SMALLER. For larger than 3X line, do not fill more than 50% per track.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you need to fill out this Return Request Form. You can contact us at info@FreeMotus.com for questions, however you will still need to fill out this form to get the return process started. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5698 W Dannon Way; Suite #2 West Jordan, Utah 84081.
If your return is accepted, you will receive an email (see note below) with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and possible 20% restock fee, determined by us on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For proof of damage, image of damaged item may be required.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), books and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns on items purchased using a gift card, if approved would be an in store credit only.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I'm super tired of carrying around huge spools of fluro so this is perfect. I have it loaded up with 2x-5x. It could even use more sections for future models. Also purchased the reloading arbor, but it didn't fit my smaller drill. Customer service was excellent and made me a custom part. Excited to try that once it arrives. Keeping going Free Motus! Fit on my fishpond head gate after some persuasion. It was a bit tight to get it over the end of the spindle at first
I blood knotted additional tippet to an initial length of 10 yards of the tippet size as an indicator that I need to reload that size

I've used many different methods and products to store my tippet while fishing and this one is, by far, the best one I've found. The product quality is outstanding and I know it will last a long time. The built in cutter is a great feature and enables me to prepare a tippet segment quickly and efficiently.
A couple of observations: 1) the plastic material used is very dense and relatively heavy so you'll need a retractor that is strong enough to keep the tippet tender fully retracted when it's not in use, and 2) the video showing how to load the tippet tender with a drill is not great. It doesn't show how to use the starter holes or how to use different sizes of tippet loading spools to prevent a massive birdnest if you don't do it right. I've been told, however, that a new video is in the works so this should be resolved soon.
Summary - I'm super happy with the way the product functions on the river and I'd highly recommend the Tippet Tender.
Great product. I like buying tippet in bulk. But 200 yard spools can take up a lot of room in your set up. With the tippet tender. You can have five sizes of tippet that takes up less room than two 200 yard spools.
