- NOTE: Do NOT overfill the tracks.  Tracks of this version are intended for up to 90 yards (per track) of 3X and SMALLER. For larger than 3X line, do not fill more than 50% per track. MAY DAMAGE OR CREATE WARPING IF OVERFILLED.

• PRODUCT DIMENSIONS: Spool 3" Diameter X 1" width and 3/8"dia. center hole.
• Keeps your different size tippet easily accessible while fishing.  Makes for easy organization and accessibility with the 4 different tracks that you can load your desired sizes.
• Utilize the attached cutter to cut your line to desired length without needing additional tools.
• When cutter dulls, able to rotate the blade to access a sharp edge once again - good as new!
• Integrated starter holes allows for an easy start to loading tippet onto the Tender without having to use an arbor knot (see images).
• 3/8"dia. center hole fits standard tippet spool holders.
• When replacing the blade - be sure not to over tighten or you may strip the insert. Hand snug ONLY!

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email (see note below) with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and possible 20% restock fee,  determined by us on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For proof of damage, image of damaged item may be required.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), books and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns on items purchased using a gift card, if approved would be an in store credit only.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
